應備文件:

填妥簽證申請表乙份（申請表下載）（正反兩面皆須填妥，並於反面簽名)
-
至少六個月有效期之護照（申請人若非持有美國護照，請繳驗美國綠卡）
-
兩吋照片兩張（半身、淺色背景、六個月內近照、正面、脫帽）
-
來回機票影本或商業文件或各項可資證明申請人
赴台目的並將於限期離台之文件
-
如申請人同時具有中華民國國籍，請繳驗中華民國護照或身分證。
-
如申請人未成年（20歲以下），其父親或母親（或合法監護人）應提供親子關係（或監護權）證明文件及本人身份證件，並於申請表簽名表示同意。
注意事項：
-
本處受理申請後，得視情況要求申請人面談、提供旅行計畫、親屬關係證明、健康證明、無犯罪紀錄證明、財力證明、赴台目的證明、關係人詳細資料或其他審核所需之證明文件。
-
本處得視申請人身分、申請目的、所持外國護照之種類、效期等條件，核發不同種類、不同效期、不同停留期間之簽證。基於國家主權之行使及國家利益之維護，本處拒發簽證時，得不附理由。

享有免簽證及落地簽證國家常因兩國互惠關係之改變而有所變動。申辦簽證前，請事先查明或向本處詢問您是否需要辦理簽證。

持不友好國家護照申請我國簽證者，將專案辦理。

在台灣曾設有戶籍的中華民國國民，一旦入境將受中華民國法律管轄，包括依法服兵役。詳情請上內政部入出

澳大利亞(Australia)、奧地利(Austria)、比利時(Belgium)、加拿大(Canada)、
哥斯大黎加(Costa Rica)、捷克(Czech Republic)、丹麥(Denmark)、芬蘭(Finland)、法國(France)、德國(Germany)、希臘(Greece)、愛爾蘭(Ireland)、冰島(Iceland)、義大利(Italy)、*日本(Japan)、韓國(Republic
of Korea)、 列支敦斯登(Liechtenstein)、盧森堡(Luxembourg)、馬來西亞(Malaysia)、馬爾他(Malta)、摩納哥(Monaco)、荷蘭(Netherlands)、紐西蘭(New
Zealand)、挪威(Norway)、葡萄牙(Portugal)、新加坡(Singapore)、西班牙(Spain)、瑞典(Sweden)、瑞士(Switzerland)、英國(U.K)、美國(U.S.A)等31國旅客。（本資料時有更動，以外交部領務局最新規定為準）
30天停留免簽證適用條件:
-
所持護照效期應有六個月以上。
-
回程機(船)票或次一目的地之機(船)票及有效簽證。其機(船)票應訂妥離境日期班(航)次之機(船)位。
-
經我機場(或港口)查驗單位查無不良紀錄。
-
停留期限自入境翌日起算三十天為限，期滿不得延期及改發其他停留期限之停留簽證或居留簽證。
適用30天落地簽證國家:匈牙利、波蘭及斯洛伐克等三國，及所持護照不足六個月之美籍人士。
30天落地簽證適用條件:
-
所持護照效期應有六個月以上。（條約或協議另有規定者，不在此限）
-
回程機票或次一目的地之機票及有效簽證，其機票應訂妥離境日期班次之機位。

填妥簽證申請表、繳交相片二張。
-
簽證費新台幣一千六百元及手續費八百元；依互惠原則免收簽證費國家國民則免繳
-
經我機場查驗單位查無不良紀錄。

期滿不得延期。

and a copy of student ID, and invitation letter or traveling

- Resident Visa holders are required to apply
for an Alien Resident Certificate (A.R.C.) at the city/county
police headquarters nearest to their residence in the R.O.C. (Taiwan)
within 15 days after their arrival. They may stay
in the Taiwan, R.O.C. as long as the A.R.C. remains valid.
